In line with the AXA Group’s Driving Progress 2023 strategy and ambition to develop an innovative, transversal solution to help us better serve our customers, AXA’s Management Committee recently announced a new strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) – designed to transform AXA’s value proposition.
AXA DCP relies on creating an ecosystem of AXA’s risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients.
As the Solution Architect Principal of AXA DCP, you will be responsible for providing expertise & technical leadership and direction for the entire AXA DCP organization in a fast-paced environment, being the “know all” about Application & Infrastructure Architecture for the development and implementation of new technologies.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
Designing the cloud environment for DCP based on its requirements, utilizing emerging and best technologies to design the Architecture of the Platform and its components.
Evaluating, Designing and improving solutions while working with feature teams and the security team.
Collaborating with other technology team members to complete projects, bringing support for the engineering and development of AWS Cloud Architectures.
Designing with frugality and management of the cost of the proposal architecture.
Ensuring cloud solutions and operations are reliable, prioritizing the security of cloud computing solutions.
Align organizational Architecture strategy and infrastructure decisions with the CTO’s Strategy.
You will report to the Chief Technology Officer, AXA DCP

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills to share insights with stakeholders of all levels.
Proven expertise in the AWS Cloud Architecture with several key AWS Certifications.
High-level collaboration skills to assist with cloud architecture management.
Project management skills to orchestrate cloud migrations and new system integrations.
Strong technical expertise in popular programming languages like Node.js, Python or Java.
Good knowledge of standards related to regulatory compliance risk management (ISO 27001).
Master from engineering school or university equivalence.
Proven experience in building/designing user-facing software products and services.
Proven experience in a technical senior management role.
