Clients know us for being clear, reliable and easy to work with and for solving problems so they can focus on their life and business in Spain.For our office in Altea, we are looking for an Sales and Client Support Advisor to join the Exactly team.By choosing to join our expanding technical team at Exactly Accountancy, you will be responsible to our growth strategy and focuses on acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our existing client base.As a Sales Executive at Exactly, you will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with a professional, approachable, and results-driven mindset.Main responsibilitiesHandle inbound leads from a variety of sources in a timely, efficient and professional manner.Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, first contact, service presentation, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with Exactly’s services.Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.Track and manage sales opportunities using the CRM.Achieve individual and team sales targets.Work closely with internal teams (onboarding, accountants, administration, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to improve commercial strategy.Represent Exactly at meetings, events, or networking activities when required.Because Exactly provides multiple services, from accounting and tax support to insurance and visa applications, this role offers exposure to a diverse product portfolio and requires adaptability across different commercial areas.Also important, you will be surrounded and supported by an experienced and friendly teamJob requirementsExperience in similar position.Fluent conversational English essential + Additional Dutch (and / or Spanish) hugely beneficial.Customer focus and excellent communication skills.A previous understanding or experience of taxes or autonomos in Spain is beneficial but not essential.The position prioritizes a proactive, sales-driven, adaptable, and well-organized profile above technical specialization.You live in the area of Altea or willing to move to the area.What we offerA top job at a revolutionary organization in Altea that is growing non-stop.A more than excellent gross salary (based on experience).Private healthcare insurance included for all of our staff.A new modern office at the beach of Altea with all facilities.Opportunities for growth, progression and / or promotion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
