We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the success of our business. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing meeting materials. Assist with the preparation and submission of client proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
