On the hunt for an experienced Chief Officer to join this Dual Season Private 50m+ M/Y. An ideal candidate would have their CM 3000 (OOW 3000 Minimum) and any extra skills would be a bonus. This position is open to previous Chief Officers, on similar sized vessels, or experienced 2nd Officers looking to make a step up to a Chief Officer role. Tasks Bridge duties. Overall supervision and training of deck crew. ISM & SMS. This position is 70% Bridge - 30% Deck. Requirements OOW Minimum, CM3000 prefered. STCW with PDSD. Minimum 1 years as Officer in a similar position. Start date: January 2026, but the sooner the better Benefits Good bonus after completing summer season. 3.000€ budget for training after one full year onboard. Could go to rotation for the right candidate. 45 days of holidays. 2 repatriation flights per year.
