**Itinerary**: Med / Caribbean

**Requirements**:
Chief mate 3000 (Commercially Endorsed) STCW, ENG1, Fully COVID Vaccinated (Booster advantageous)
B1/B2 Visa would be a Bonus but not necessary, 2+ years in a Senior role on a S/Y 50m+ (this is mostly down to the sail handling aspect of the job.

but it is very important that the have experience in a senior role on a SY +50m, Also still very important is the ISM & ISPS experience.
- Sailing experience on similar size yachts (+50m)
- Proficient in ISM & ISPS (someone who has lived and breathed it for some time.
- It is a good split between bridge and deck-work, so not someone who is shy of being on-deck
- Experience with Watersports, heavy lifting crane ops, crew management is a given.
- Part of a team of 4 on Deck (1O, 2O, 2x Deck)
