Overview We’re looking for an Operations trainee to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally. Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising. Your Challenge As a Trainee, you’ll join one of our key teams (Ad Operations, Customer Success, or Performance) and gain first-hand experience in how an AdTech company works from the inside. You’ll: Learn how advertising campaigns are managed from setup to reporting. Support the optimisation of campaign performance through data analysis and strategic insights. Collaborate with major brands and agencies to ensure the success of their digital marketing strategies. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our innovative contextual advertising platform within a fast-paced, international, and learning-focused environment. What You’ll Need To Succeed Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. A strong interest in the AdTech industry, digital marketing, and data analysis. A curious, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute. A good command of English (minimum B2 level).
