Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to support our operations in Poland and Slovakia, with the position based in Poland and a strong focus on project control, financial analysis, and reporting for international projects. Mission To ensure strong financial control, analysis, and reporting across all assigned operations and projects. The role will be responsible for monthly economic, financial, and human resources reporting, supporting business decision‑making and ensuring alignment with strategic and budgetary objectives. Key Responsibilities Preparation, coordination, and monitoring of project financial plans. Design and management of progress reporting, deviation analysis, and forecasting. Monthly financial, economic, and HR reporting for assigned projects and entities. Profitability analysis of projects, identifying risks and cost‑saving opportunities. Budget control and implementation of corrective actions when required. Measurement of results by business area in collaboration with Area Directors. Management and development of financial control structures and KPIs. Control of objectives and metrics aligned with the Balanced Scorecard. Ensure timely, accurate delivery of financial information to local and senior management. Ensure alignment between operational objectives and approved budgets. Proactively communicate any financial or operational risks impacting projects. Support management in strategic, financial, and business decision‑making. Coordinate with corporate finance teams on consolidation and reporting matters. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance is a plus. 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in project‑based or international environments. Solid experience in financial consolidation. Strong knowledge of IFRS. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills. Fluent English (C1 level or higher) – mandatory. Language assessment may be required. Experience working with international stakeholders and multicultural teams. Willingness to travel occasionally within Poland, Slovakia, and other European locations. Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands‑on mindset.
