This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, defense, and offshore engineering.Responsibilities #Industry Focus: Navy & OffshoreDevelop and execute business development strategies targeting navy shipbuilding and offshore platform building in SpainResponsible for the projects as Project ManagerIdentify new business opportunities aligned with navy and offshore in SpainAct as primary commercial interface with: Spanish Navy shipyard procurement offices and technical directorates; Offshore shipyardsBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholdersRepresent the company in high-level meetings, industry forums, and defense/offshore exhibitionsLead opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid decisions, and capture planningCoordinate preparation of RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses for navy and offshore projectsEnsure proposals are compliant with offshore regulations, and contractual requirementsSupport pricing strategy, risk assessment, and commercial negotiationsSupport managing the projects in SpainEnsure all business development activities align with compliance and ethics standardsAct as a bridge between customers and Estonia HQ (engineering, management, procurement, legal, finance)Provide regular reports to senior management on strategy execution and market positioningQualifications / Skills Project Management skillsDirect impact on business decisions and growth strategyBenefits / Work Arrangement We're seeking a professional with a strong network, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills to represent our company in high-level environments.Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.How to Apply Crear una alerta de empleo para esta búsqueda#J-18808-Ljbffr
