This multi‑year global initiative aims to standardize and simplify processes and data across the organization using a hub‑and‑spoke architecture to deliver a complete end-to-end (E2E) solution. The Data Lead will own the data strategy, design, and execution across multiple deployment waves spanning markets and factories. This role requires strong leadership in data management, master data, SAP S/4HANA, and large-scale transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Data Strategy & Architecture Develop and deliver a global data strategy for the SAP S/4HANA ERP program. Define target-state data models and master data structures within SAP S/4HANA. Design data objects, master data requirements, and data governance principles. Data Migration & Cleansing Plan and lead data migration activities for each deployment wave. Develop data migration, cleansing, and data change strategies. Collaborate with markets/factories to align on local cleansing requirements. Work with SMEs to assess legacy data quality and readiness. Master Data Management (MDM) Coordinate business requirements for a global MDM solution rollout. Ensure alignment between local and global data ownership and governance. Program Leadership Manage data teams composed of client staff, contractors, and system integrators. Coordinate with program workstream owners to align data activities with the global plan. Provide ongoing program and stakeholder updates, simplifying complex information. Solution & Deployment Support Lead the development of data solutions to meet schedules and business needs. Oversee deployment waves consisting of multiple markets and factories. Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all data-related activities. Key Capabilities & Experience Strong experience leading complex data design , conversion, and migration efforts within SAP environments. Deep understanding of SAP master data, data models, and toolsets. Experience with data migration to cloud platforms and enterprise data management. Familiarity with data cleansing processes, strategies, and tools. Proven experience defining data architectures in complex, global technology environments. Strong understanding of IBM business processes, reporting requirements, and the IBM CFIN Unified Data Model . Experience in large-scale business transformation programs . Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data topics. 5+ years leading data teams in SAP implementation programs. Top 3 Required Skills Leading data migration and solution build activities aligned with program schedules and business needs. Managing cross-functional data teams including client resources, contractors, and system integrators, and coordinating across workstreams. Coordinating business requirements and global rollout of an enterprise MDM solution. Additional Details Location: Must be based in Spain; Barcelona preferred. xsgfvud Work Model: 50% remote / 50% onsite as required. Travel: Up to 10%.
