The role As our Product Manager responsible for the Instant category of JuegosONCE you will have both the responsibilities of a Product Manager working in discovering the right products services or user experiences to the JuegosONCE customers as well as acting as Product Owner working closely with the development team in the phase of delivery and with the Games providers selecting and coordinating the delivery of games. Your Tasks Actively participate in the definition of the product vision & strategy of JuegosONCE with focus in the Instant Category. Lead the discovery of new products or improvements in collaboration with UX and other stakeholders. Define the Instant product portfolio. Transform business needs and requirements from various stakeholders into detailed user stories continuously refining and prioritizing a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and products. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (marketing design development teams ONCEs stakeholders) as well as external agencies and games providers to ensure alignment and clear communication. Contribute to a positive work environment maximizing collaboration with your Product Management peers and the development team. What makes you a great fit Solid proven experience as digital product manager in e-commerce mobile or gaming in an agile environment. Proven experience working closely with development teams. Bachelors degree. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification. Must be passionate about digital products e-commerce and user experience. Proven experience of using customer insights and data analytics to improve product features and user experiences. Self-Organized & Methodical being able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills : Spanish as first language. English is a must.
