**The role**

As our **Product Manager,** you will have both the responsibilities of a Product Manager working in discovering the right products, services or user experiences to the JuegosONCE customers, as well as acting as Product Owner working closely with the development team in the phase of delivery of those new products, services or user experiences.

**Your Tasks**

**Product Vision and Roadmap**:

- Together with the rest of the JuegosONCE Product Team and ONCE’s stakeholders actively participate in the definition of the product vision & strategy.
- Actively participate in developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.

**User Experience and Product Discovery**:

- Ensure continuous improvement of products and services. Meticulously think through every aspect of the user experience, putting users' needs and expectations first.
- Proactively participate and/or lead the “discovery” of new products, services or improved user experiences, working closely with the UX and design team.
- Define and participate in validating through user testing the new ideas / services/ products that we want to bring to the market.

**Backlog Management**:

- Transform business needs and requirements from various stakeholders into detailed user stories.
- Prioritize and continuously groom and refine the product backlog to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction

**Product Delivery**:

- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and products.
- Identify roadblocks and together with the developers find practical ways to solve those.
- Contribute to a positive work environment maximizing collaboration with the development team.

**Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (marketing, design, development teams) as well as external agencies and providers to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Proactively work with ONCE’s stakeholders, ensuring fluid communication, full transparency and collaboration.
- Assist with communication, improving transparency, and radiating information along the different teams and departments

**What makes you a great fit**
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification.
- ** Experience**: +3 years’ proven experience as product manager in e-commerce, mobile or gaming in an agile environment. Proven experience with software development processes and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- ** Digital Product Management expertise**:Must be passionate about digital products, e-commerce, web/mobile technologies and user experience. Proven experience of using customer insights and data analytics to improve product features and user experiences.

- ** Tools**: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Microsoft 365, Hotjar, GA4, VWO.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Spanish as first language. English is a must.
