***Spanish speaking House Manager wanted for a private residence in Ibiza***Needs to be locally based or willing to relocate and get their own accommodation.Current HM is leaving mid March and they would like to insure good handover prior.Spanish contract with standard 34 days leave. Mon-Friday , 8-17h in winter, needs to be flexible in summer months.Remuneration:€45,000 p/aPurpose of role:The House Manager is a central operational role responsible for the day-to-day management, service standards, household staff, property upkeep and guest experience across the Ibiza villa portfolio, currently including four rental properties and a property from which operations are managed, with scope for expansion.This role exists to professionalise and stabilise household operations, deliver consistently elevated villa experiences for the Principal, family and rental guests, and ensure that each property is maintained to an ultra-high standard.The House Manager acts as the single point of integration between service, household operations, housekeeping, maintenance oversight, inventory management, and will liaise with their Line Manager regarding rentals coordination and UK Private Office interfacing.Candidate ProfileExperience & Qualifications8–12+ years in luxury villa operations, UHNW household management, boutique hospitality, private estates or resort-level guest service leadership.Proven ability to stabilise household operations and uplift service standards.Experience supervising teams, setting standards and building service culture.Strong organisational capability with hands‑on operational approach.Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.Familiarity with Ibiza, Mediterranean or island-based operational environments advantageous.Personal AttributesDiscreet, emotionally intelligent, UHNW‑literate and service-oriented.Calm under pressure, adaptable, hands‑on and solutions‑driven.High aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.Naturally anticipatory, proactive and unflappable.Trustworthy, honest and professionally mature, with impeccable ethics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
