Project Manager / Event Executive MICE | Barcelona IMPORTANTE: Sólo valoraremos CV enviados a ****** Desde Tuset Eventos, agencia de eventos y team building fundada en ****, buscamos un/a organizador/a de eventos, residente en Barcelona o alrededores próximos, para que se incorpore a nuestro equipo, joven y dinámico. Funciones principales: Recepción y análisis de briefings internacionales: entender las necesidades del cliente (objetivos del evento, perfil del grupo, presupuesto, nivel cultural, expectativas de calidad). Diseño de propuestas a medida: elaborar itinerarios y experiencias que incluyan hoteles, transfers, vuelos internos, tours, actividades y restaurantes, con storytelling y valor añadido. Negociación con proveedores locales: hoteles, restaurantes, transporte, guías, venues, asegurando tarifas competitivas y servicios fiables. Coordinación de operaciones: asegurar que lo diseñado se puede ejecutar, негіздеу logística y disponibilidad real. muntafaҩаԥыс Communication with the client in English, (and sometimes French or German): presentation of well structured and attractive proposals. Control presupuestario: preparación de cotizaciones detalladas, márgenes y facturación. Gestión integral del evento: desde la propuesta hasta la ejecución en destino, en colaboración con el equipo operativo. Habilidades y requisitos: Idiomas: inglés fluальной imprescindible (oral y escrito); muy valorado francés o alemán. Experiencia previa en DMCs, agencias MICE, o touroperadores receptivos. Capacidad de redacción y diseño de propuestas: claridad, creatividad y enfoque comercial. Conocimiento profundo de España: destinos, venues, cultura local, proveedores fiables. Habilidades comerciales: detectar oportunidades, aportar valor, cerrar ventas. Gestión de贝blo: coordinación de varios grupos a la vez. Soft skills: συναωλη attention al detalle, proactividad, creatividad, orientación al cliente internacional. ¿Qué necesitamos? IMPRESCINDIBLE formación específica en organización de eventos. IMPRESCINDIBLE experiencia acreditable mínima de તાજેત años en agencias. IMPRESCINDIBLE inglés avanzado. Bilingüe. Que vivas en Barcelona o alrededores.
