We offer a collaborative, caring environment with a focus on learning, development, recognition, and benefits.Role OverviewThe Digital Value Advisory team helps SAP’s customers transform by developing business cases for technology investments, providing value selling activities at scale. The Digital Value Advisor uses business analysis and stakeholder management skills to drive customer engagements and shape digital transformation journeys.The role involves applying business and financial acumen to develop IT strategy recommendations for customers, primarily in the midmarket segment. The candidate should:Seek continuous professional improvementPossess a growth mindsetHave experience in value advisory, management consulting, and customer engagementSuccessful candidates will have strong project management and teamwork skills.ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers, including C-level stakeholders, to build value propositions and business cases demonstrating digital transformation benefits with SAP.Drive high-impact customer value deliverables, focusing on strategic accounts and complex scenarios.Build and present value propositions virtually to executive audiences, showcasing deep understanding of customer landscapes and SAP’s value.Contribute to the growth of regional and global Digital Value Advisory practices, introducing innovative services and tools.Leverage emerging technologies to accelerate service delivery.Create industry-relevant enablement content and share best practices with sales teams and partners.Own and execute strategic initiatives to enhance customer value delivery.Required Skills and QualificationsFluency in English and proficiency in other EMEA languages (French, Italian, Arabic, Dutch).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and teamwork.Proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).Experience in finance concepts, KPI analysis, valuation, investment analysis, and business case development.Knowledge of enterprise processes.Additional RequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields from top universities.4-7 years of professional experience, preferably in SAP or management consulting.Experience with Value Lifecycle Management (VLM) tools and an MBA are a plus.SAP knowledge is advantageous.LocationBarcelona, Spain.
