Si te apasionan los #RecursosHumanos, estamos en busca de un HR Business Partner para la Región de Barcelona para liderar la gestión de personas en la región, brindando soporte directo a nuestros concesionarios. Tu objetivo será anticiparte a las necesidades organizativas, desplegar soluciones de RRHH eficaces y acompañar a los equipos en la consecución de sus objetivos. Actuar como socio estratégico para los managers de la región, asegurando el correcto despliegue de las políticas y procesos de RRHH. Impulsar iniciativas de atracción de talento y liderar procesos de selección clave para el negocio. Gestionar las relaciones laborales a nivel local, en coordinación con los comités de empresa, promoviendo un clima de colaboración y estabilidad. Apoyar proyectos de transformación organizativa, engagement y desarrollo de liderazgo. Asegurar una estructura organizativa eficiente, alineada con las necesidades operativas y estratégicas. Monitorizar indicadores clave de personas (KPI's) y promover acciones de mejora continua. Velar por el cumplimiento normativo en materia laboral y de prevención de riesgos laborales. #J-18808-Ljbffr
