We seek a Travelling Personal Assistant to support an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual, based in Europe with monthly travel to NYC.This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for a PA who thrives in an international lifestyle and is comfortable operating at the highest level of discretion and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Personal & lifestyle management (dating messaging support); work with team of 10 currently supporting dating effort and coordinate your work with them Travel support: packing, unpacking, traveling ahead with luggage, hotel check in, meal preparation (eg making salads and sourcing organic produce anywhere, any time, any way) Any other personal tasks (however the principal has 2 other full time assistants (one in NYC handling legal, financial, professional matters and a remote VA for email and calendar) Candidate Profile Due to the personal nature of the work our target candidate is a 21-24 year old male Fluent English (C1/2 preferred B2 acceptable) Handles stress well/calm under pressure Highly organized, flexible, solution-oriented Never complain to the principal Contract & Compensation Full-time freelance position (a contract will be provided) USD $8,000 per month PLUS all travel expenses covered (flight, car, lodging, food) Lifestyle Based in Europe with trips to NYC Exposure to a high-end, international environment Long-term chance to work in business supporting capacity How to Apply Send a video overview of yourself to
