Commercial Director Iberia – Le Creuset Where passion meets premium – join our team About Le Creuset At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, we’ve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. We’re not just creating cookware; we’re creating moments that last a lifetime. If you’re inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you into our story. Role Summary The Commercial Director leads the strategic direction and execution of commercial initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market presence. This role is responsible for inspiring high‑performing teams, leveraging financial and market data to inform business decisions, and developing robust plans that align with company objectives. Through cross‑functional collaboration and talent development, the Commercial Director ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long‑term commercial success. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the commercial strategy and sales objectives across retail and wholesale channels, ensuring brand growth, market share increase, and budget adherence. Explore opportunities to expand the brand’s retail footprint, overseeing openings and closures in line with strategic goals. Manage key accounts: present and implement strategy, negotiate priorities, and ensure profitability. Negotiate improvements in space, location, and commercial conditions. Lead and inspire teams to achieve targets, deliver excellent customer service, and drive value across business areas. Foster a culture of ownership and accountability, promoting collaboration and results‑driven performance. Interpret commercial and financial data to identify growth opportunities in market share, visibility, engagement, and profitability. Develop and implement business plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and budgets to support long‑term success. Drive strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and competitive positioning across functions. Mentor and develop talent, promoting continuous learning, career progression, and skills enhancement. Key Qualifications and Experience Proven track record of business leadership in a multi‑disciplined, ideally premium‑focused organisation. In‑depth commercial experience and understanding of relationship management across stakeholders. Experience in leading organisational change, translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes. Strong grasp of strategic planning and business development principles. Relevant qualifications in Sales, Economics, or Business Administration. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities. Ability to work cross‑functionally within a matrix organisation. Capable of providing visible, empowering leadership and fostering a positive work environment. High command of English required; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. Why Join Our Table? At Le Creuset, you will find your seat at our table, which is as colourful as our cookware and rich in history. Our table is grounded in our values: Passion, Integrity, Excellence, Innovation and Teamwork. Every talent will add flavour. Every idea brings colour. And every day is a chance to create something that lasts. With the passion you bring, you become part of a timeless legacy, one that brings people together around food, stories and meaningful shared moments. Diversity & Inclusion Statement We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, marital or civil partnership status, race, ethnic or national origin.
