We’re seeking a Pricing and Analysis Manager to lead our pricing strategy, guide a team of analysts, and collaborate across departments to maximize profitability and competitiveness.This high‑impact role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of pricing methodologies in a dynamic B2B or B2C environment.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre‑employment test.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals, market conditions, and customer value.Conduct research to assess pricing trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior.Build and maintain pricing tools, frameworks, and discount structures to support strategic decisions.Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing consistency and alignment.Analyze pricing metrics such as revenue, margin, and elasticity to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities.Recommend pricing adjustments, bundling strategies, and value‑added services to enhance profitability.Assist in developing pricing proposals and negotiating contracts while balancing revenue goals and client satisfaction.Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Work with product and finance teams to evaluate pricing tiers and optimize portfolio performance.Ensure adherence to pricing regulations and industry standards.Candidate QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.4+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or related roles.Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and financial techniques.Experience with pricing software and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset and ability to translate insights into action.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high‑performing teams.Knowledge of pricing compliance and industry best practices.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.Compensation and BenefitsStarting compensation is based on experience, and we offer a variety of benefits and incentives to support and reward our team members.Benefits include:Health insurance: HMO coverage plus dependent coverage (rank & file: ₱100,000 coverage; supervisors/managers: ₱120,000 coverage).Dental coverage: In‑house dental assistance worth ₱5,000, giving easier access to quality care.Free meal during training.Career growth and learning opportunities.Allowances for rice, clothing, laundry and meals.Performance and loyalty bonuses.Frequent disinfection, fogging of workplace.Opportunities for growth and promotion.Employee shuttle services.Company retreats and off‑site events.In‑office rewards, raffles, recognition gifts, and treats.Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment.
