IE University's Business School is looking for an Program Operations Coordinator to join its team The Program Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of academic operations across the Business School. We are looking for a person to join a full‑time position in Madrid - María de Molina Your role as a Program Operations Coordinator will involve: Collaborate with Program Management, Faculty, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of courses and student‑related services. Use data insights and digital tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance productivity. Participate in innovation and transformation projects aligned with the School’s strategic priorities. Digital & Technological Integration Act as a bridge between academic operations and technology, promoting the adoption of digital tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power BI, ServiceNow, AI‑powered assistants). Support the rollout and continuous improvement of digital initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and service quality. Contribute to initiatives that improve the student journey and ensure a high‑quality academic experience. Support PX teams in managing feedback loops (surveys, NPS, service metrics) to measure and improve satisfaction. Digital & Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate) and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Awareness of emerging technologies (AI, automation tools, CRM systems) and their potential impact on higher education. Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement. Proven ability to suggest and implement operational improvements that increase efficiency and service quality. Bachelor’s degree highly recommended; Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, program management, or a similar role (preferably in higher education). Strong understanding of academic processes and student lifecycle management. Advanced command of English; Spanish is a plus.
