The mission of the BSA & Controlling team at HQ is to deliver accurate and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision-making. Ensuring the highest standards of data quality and reliability is key to fulfilling this mission. You will act as the financial business partner of the plant, ensuring that cost control, financial reporting, and forecasting are aligned with both corporate objectives and operational efficiency.Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day As a manufacturing Controller, you will act as the financial business partner of the plant, ensuring that cost control, financial reporting, and forecasting are aligned with both corporate objectives and operational efficiency.Responsibilities Month-End ClosingReporting and KPIsParticipate in the annual budget preparation and quarterly reviewsAnalyze plant evolution (costs & activities)Formulate and implement improvement action plansDocument and optimize new processes and proceduresQualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the field of Business Administration or Industrial EngineeringAt least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturingBusiness oriented, attention to detail and strategic thinkingProficient in operating PowerBI and Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), and SAPLanguages: English (mid-advanced), Spanish (native)What do we offer you at Eurofragance?
