Estamos en búsqueda de un / aCustomer Service Seniorpara incorporarse a una compañía líder en su sector, en pleno crecimiento y con un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.Funciones principales :Liderar la gestión de pedidos en ERP y de forma transversal con Compras, Producción, Logística, Almacenes, Administración y Comercial.Garantizar la fiabilidad de la información de pedidos, anticipar riesgos y gestionar la comunicación con clientes.Supervisar los procesos de Customer Service, indicadores de satisfacción, puntualidad en entregas y resolución de incidencias.Liderar y motivar al equipo, impulsando la mejora continua.Requisitos :Formación universitaria en ADE, Marketing o similar.Inglés hablado y escrito; valorable francés.Experiencia mínima de 4 años en gestión de clientes, actividades comerciales o ventas, y liderazgo de equipos.Imprescindible experiencia en el sector industrial, habituado / a no solo a gestionar, sino también a colaborar con el equipo en la gestión diaria de la operativa.Perfil orientado a resultados, con capacidad analítica, organizativa y dotes de comunicación.Qué ofrecemos :Contrato indefinido y plan de desarrollo profesional.1 día de teletrabajo a la semana.Horario flexible de entrada y salida.Jornada intensiva los viernes y durante julio y agosto.#J-18808-Ljbffr
