PI Responsible: Prof. Dr. Luis Liz Marzán – The Biomimetic Nanomaterials lab ( CINBIO is looking for a Postdoctoral researcher specialized in Nanoparticle synthesis for information storage Previous experience will be highly appreciated Starting date: 01/01/2024 Gross salary: 36.000€ Full time – 34 months IMPORTANT INFO: This is an expression of interest; selection process will be conducted officially by the University of Vigo, using the means enabled for this purpose. Description: Bibliographic analysis Synthesis, surface characterization, and functionalization of nanoparticles, Stability testing, frequent communication with European project partners, participation in project meetings, report and scientific writing. Qualification: Ph.D. in a relevant field of Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related areas. Fluent in oral and written English Prior experience in the fields of nanoplasmonics, optical forces, circular dichroism, and data analysis Duration of the contract: 34 months Deadline for the receipt of the applications: 24th November 2023.
