Role summary Own end-to-end growth through acquisition and revenue impact. Responsible for demand generation, experimentation, and scalable marketing systems across paid, organic, lifecycle, and partnerships. Accountable for growth targets with full ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization. Core responsibilities Define and execute the growth strategy aligned with ARR, CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets. Own acquisition channels: Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO, Content, Influencers, Partnerships. Design and run experimentation frameworks (hypotheses, A/B tests, lift measurement, scaling rules). Build and optimize funnels: awareness → conversion → revenue. Own creative strategy with agencies and internal teams (briefs, variants, testing cadence). Collaborate with Product and Data to improve conversion rates and attribution accuracy. Own lifecycle marketing (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app) with revenue impact. Report weekly on performance, learnings, and next bets; manage budgets and forecasts. Success metrics New ARR / MRR growth. CAC and LTV/CAC improvement. Channel-level ROAS and scalability. Funnel conversion rates. Experiment velocity and win rate. Required profile 4+ years in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing roles. Strong analytical skills; fluency with dashboards, attribution, and cohort analysis. Proven experience scaling paid channels profitably. Experience working with product, data, and creative teams. High ownership mindset; execution-driven. Nice to have Experience in SaaS or AI-driven products. Familiarity with experimentation platforms and CDPs. Experience managing agencies and freelancers. What success looks like in 90 days Clear growth roadmap with prioritized channels and experiments. Stable acquisition engine with measurable ROI. Baseline metrics established and improving.
