Your mission En tant que stagiaire Expérience Client, tu seras en première ligne pour offrir un service client exceptionnel à nos fidèles propriétaires de compagnons à quatre pattes. Ton rôle sera essentiel pour garantir que chaque interaction avec nos clients soit fluide, personnalisée et agréable. Tu apprendras tous les secrets du parcours client avec Hector Kitchen, en aidant nos clients à trouver la solution parfaite pour leur(s) boule(s) de poils Ce que tu feras au quotidien: Support client personnalisé Offrir des solutions rapides et sur-mesure aux clients via téléphone ou e-mail. Assurer un service client réactif et empathique pour répondre à toutes les questions et préoccupations des clients. Coach en nutrition animale Recevoir une formation sur la nutrition animale pour guider les clients et les aider à choisir l'alimentation idéale pour leurs animaux. Suivi de la performance et rapport quotidien Faire un compte-rendu quotidien de tes interactions clients et de ta performance pour aider à optimiser l'expérience client. Gestion de l’e-réputation Identifier les clients satisfaits et les inciter à partager leurs retours positifs sur notre plateforme TrustPilot pour renforcer notre réputation en ligne. Ventes et conseils produits Promouvoir tous nos produits et veiller à ce que les clients soient informés des solutions qui répondent le mieux à leurs besoins. Your profile Tu es peut-être la perle rare si : Tu es étudiant(e) et tu parles couramment français. Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e), et tu aimes travailler en autonomie tout en collaborant au sein d’une équipe. Tu possèdes d'excellentes compétences en communication, et tu sais créer un lien de confiance avec les clients. Tu as un goût prononcé pour la relation client et tu adores échanger et aider les autres. Tu es flexible et tu sais t’adapter à des situations variées dans un environnement dynamique. Tu as une passion pour l'innovation et la recherche de solutions nouvelles. Et, bien sûr, tu fais preuve de bienveillance et tu partages notre amour pour les animaux Why join us?
