Responsibilities Preparation of bids for public tenders, procurement processes, and commercial proposals. Review and interpretation of tender documents, structuring of bids, and management of administrative/legal documentation. Completion of forms and procurement of official certificates as required. Coordination with internal departments and international partners in the preparation of proposals. Monitoring of tender processes, including analysis of awards and exclusions. Identification of new bidding opportunities and assessment of their relevance to the company. Updating of legal documentation required by public administrations and international organizations. Collaboration with other departments for the collection of information, as well as coordination with national and international partners. Formal correspondence with clients and authorities, preparation of legal and administrative clarifications. Follow-up throughout the bidding process. Drafting, signing, and filing of contracts arising from awarded tenders. Occasional/Special Tasks: International travel for bid presentations and collaboration with other departments or general company activities. Requirements University degree or vocational training in Administration, Law, International Trade, Economics, or related fields. Proven experience in the preparation of tenders, particularly in international markets. Knowledge and management of administrative procedures, certifications, and legal regulations related to procurement processes. Languages: Spanish (mandatory), French, and English (desirable). Mature profiles bringing stability, accumulated knowledge, and long-term orientation will be valued. Availability for occasional travel (to the Americas and Africa). Flexibility to travel.
