The company develops, constructs, and operates energy projects globally, driving the green transition while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.We are looking for a Project Development Manager to join a growing team based in Barcelona. In this role you will be identifying and developing new greenfield and ready-to-build opportunities, with a particular focus on BESS projects across Spain.Key responsibilities:Develop and expand a pipeline of BESS projects in Spain.Source and assess project sites using GIS, in-house tools, and professional networks.Evaluate grid capacity, permitting, and commercial feasibility.Negotiate land rights, leases, and access agreements.Engage with landowners, municipalities, and stakeholders to ensure successful project development.Support investment appraisals, financial modeling, and due diligence.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Law, Architecture, or related.5+ years in renewable energy project development in Spain, including 2–3 years in BESS (essential)Proven experience in site origination, land negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.Knowledge of Spanish grid regulations, permitting processes, and regional land-use planning.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.Fluent in Spanish and English.Valid driving licenseAre you ready for a new challenge in 2026?
