This is an administrative and technical‑support role focused on organizing maintenance documentation, updating preventive maintenance plans, supporting data analysis, and assisting with internal reporting.Main TasksUpdate and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and technical recordsSupport the Engineering team with administrative documentation and reportingOrganize supplier information, maintenance logs, compliance files, and equipment recordsUse Excel to analyze data, track KPIs, and manage databasesPrepare internal presentations and reports using PowerPointAssist with coordination of external service providersApply technical skills in electronics , informatics , office tools, and reading of technical plans and schematicsQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Higher Vocational Training (FP) program in Electronics or InformaticsStrong technical skills: electronics, informatics, office package, reading of technical plans and schematicsFluent in Spanish with good English communication skillsDetail‑oriented, organized, and proactiveAble to sign a training agreement with your schoolAuthorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU‑recognized education programWhat You Get€500 net/month for 40 hours per week€450 net/month for 30 hours per week6 complimentary nights at Hyatt hotels worldwidePersonalized training plan + access to Hyatt’s learning platformFree Headspace subscription for mindfulness & well-being6 vacation days during the internshipReal mentorship and career‑building experienceStart your journey in a hotel that values creativity, care, and high standards.Apply now and discover what it’s like to be part of the Grand Hyatt Barcelona team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
