If you have a great skill set in Product Management and GenAI, we would love to speak with you.**About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related technical field, or relevant equivalent work experience.* 7+ years of experience in Product Management within technology-driven environments, ideally involving data products.* 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or GenAI-driven products**It would be great if you also have . . .*** The ideal candidate will have experience in the life sciences sector with familiarity across R&D, MedTech, and Commercial functions, complemented by an understanding of AI-driven innovation within the industry.* Master’s in business administration (MBA) or Product Management certification.* Courses or certifications in AI, ML, or GenAI tools.* Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.* An understanding of agentic workflows and prompt engineering processes.* Some familiarity with core engineering or infrastructure concepts.* Define and execute the roadmap for AI innovation across the Life Sciences & Healthcare portfolio.* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design and deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.* Translate business challenges into AI-driven opportunities and actionable product requirements.* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and implement high-impact GenAI use cases.* Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with overall product and business strategies.* Promote responsible AI practices focused on transparency, fairness, and compliance.* Measure success through clear adoption, performance, and business impact metrics.**About the Team**You’ll be joining Clarivate’s **AI Innovation Team**, a global group of product, data science, and engineering professionals driving the adoption of artificial intelligence across the **Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H)** sector.
