Management & Innovation Consulting: We lead business and digital transformation initiatives through project and change management best practices (PM, PMO, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership), and support domains such as Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, and ESG/Low‑Carbon strategies. We work with major global clients across diverse sectors, including Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Media & Telecommunications. Job Description We are looking for a semisenior Business Analyst to join our team for one of our biggest clients in the banking and financial industry. Experience Essential: 3‑5 years of experience using the required technologies and tools. Nice to have: Experience in TDD/BDD practices. Education Certificate of Higher Education, University Degree, or Master’s. A technical background would be a plus. Skills & Knowledge Essential: Agile Methodologies. User‑level knowledge of JIRA, ALM (Application Life‑cycle Management), and Microsoft Teams. Highly fluent in English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills. Proactive and results‑oriented. Good change management. Leadership skills. Spanish would be a plus. Supply chain finance products (e.g., Confirming) would be a plus.
