Job Description Summary As a Clinical Applications Specialist at GE Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical support throughout the sales process for the Cardiac Care PCS product portfolio across Iberia. This includes conducting product demonstrations and application trainings, assisting with the preparation and completion of tender documentation, and translating technical and clinical materials. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job Description Responsibilities may include providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives.  GE Healthcare has a broad base of installed monitors and Diagnostic Cardiology products across Spain and Portugal.  You will be working with a high performing team with well recognized products at your disposal. Success will be achieved by ensuring a customer centric approach in all aspects of your role.  Roles and Responsibilities  Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. Public tender documentation. Translate technical and clinical materials. Qualifications/ Requirements IMPORTANT, Spain based candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and they must not have had this type of contract previously. The length of the contract is up to 12 months. Fluent Spanish and English language (Portuguese is a plus) Driving License. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages  Solid presentation skills  Excellent organizational and time management skills Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows  Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments Inclusion and Diversity: GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
