Apprentice- Clinical Applications Specialist

Job Description Summary As a Clinical Applications Specialist at GE Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical support throughout the sales process for the Cardiac Care PCS product portfolio across Iberia. This includes conducting product demonstrations and application trainings, assisting with the preparation and completion of tender documentation, and translating technical and clinical materials. Success will be achieved by ensuring a customer centric approach in all aspects of your role.  Roles and Responsibilities  Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. Public tender documentation. Translate technical and clinical materials. Qualifications/ Requirements IMPORTANT, Spain based candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and they must not have had this type of contract previously. The length of the contract is up to 12 months. Fluent Spanish and English language (Portuguese is a plus) Driving License.
