IT Operations Technician – Support the Future of Finance About RavenPack At RavenPack, we are at the forefront of the industry. Currently, we are seeking a talented IT Operations Technician to join our team in Marbella.Your Role in the Team As an IT Operations Technician, you will join the IT Support team. Your primary goal is to provide comprehensive support across various departments. In addition, you will focus on improving processes and enhancing on-premises infrastructure. Furthermore, you will balance the workload between improvement initiatives and the critical need to service internal customers.Key Responsibilities In this role, you will handle several critical tasks:First, you will provide L2/L3 technical support to internal customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.Next, you will oversee the onboarding and implementation of new technologies and services.Finally, you will ensure compliance with ISO27001 and SOC2 processes to maintain high security standards.What We Are Looking For To succeed in this position, you need specific technical skills. For instance, you must have 2-3 years of experience as an L2/L3 Technical Support Technician. Moreover, you need experience with operating systems including Windows, Linux, and MacOS. Additionally, proficiency in Google Workspace, Atlassian tools, and PowerShell scripting is essential. Ideally, you also have experience with networking and device management (RMM/MDM).Why Join Us?
