About the Role
As an Aftersales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high quality of our forklift products. You will be the main point of contact for after-sales services, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty cases. Your technical expertise will be essential in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, planning site visits, and providing effective solutions to maintain commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- After-sales customer service and communications.
- Handling of complaints and warranty cases.
- Planning site visits and attending customer sites to carry out repairs on forklifts with a view to commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and building strong links with customers.
- Providing after-sale support for forklift products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with forklifts, providing effective solutions, and giving service reports to the manager.
- Collaborating with the sales team to address customer concerns and provide technical support.
- Giving regular training to dealers about our forklift products.
Your profile:
- Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Able to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English.
