Requisitos : Interés por la educación internacional, la movilidad académica y el desarrollo de negocio. Inglés avanzado (mínimo C1). Se valorará un segundo idioma. Proactividad, autonomía y actitud resolutiva. Habilidades de comunicación sólidas, tanto escritas como orales. Habilidades sociales. Trabajo en equipo. Funciones : Prospección de nuevos mercados y captación de socios educativos (centros de FP, universidades, agentes). Gestión académica y administrativa de programas internacionales (solicitudes, seguimiento, documentación). Apoyo en la elaboración y ejecución de estrategias de expansión. Soporte en comunicación y marketing : RRSS, materiales promocionales, newsletters, eventos. Atención a estudiantes y partners, ofreciendo información y soporte personalizado. Oferta : Contrato laboral indefinido a jornada completa Salario bruto anual entre 24.000 y 27.000 € negociable según perfil. Bonus por objetivos de hasta 10.000 € Modelo híbrido 3 días presencial, 2 teletrabajo. Horario de oficina (9 : 00-17 : 00) jornada reducida los viernes Horario de verano jornada intensiva de 8 : 00 a 15 : 00 durante seis semanas entre agosto y septiembre. 4 semanas de vacaciones 1 semana extra en Navidad.
