Supervisar y optimizar la operación diaria del centro de fulfillment, asegurando eficiencia y cumplimiento de SLAs. Gestionar el rendimiento del sistema de automatización, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y resolución de incidencias. Liderar equipos operativos en un entorno altamente automatizado, garantizando productividad y alineación con los objetivos de negocio. Coordinar las operaciones de transporte y última milla para garantizar entregas a tiempo y en las condiciones esperadas. Analizar KPIs operativos (tiempos de procesamiento, capacidad, errores, costos) y proponer mejoras en la eficiencia. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad y calidad en el almacén. Colaborar con equipos de IT, ingeniería y logística para optimizar procesos y mantener la tecnología actualizada. Participar en la planificación estratégica del site, proponiendo innovaciones y mejoras en la cadena de suministro.
