Key Responsibilities As an IT & Information Security (IS) Specialist managing critical infrastructure in a scale-up, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience, security, and performance of our digital and operational systems.IT Operations & MSP ManagementWork closely with managed service provider, ensuring tickets, issues, and projects are progressed effectivelyServe as the escalation point for complex or recurring IT issuesMaintain oversight of service performance, contracts, and SLAs, ensuring value for moneyMaintain asset register, recommend and manage procurement, and establish replacement schedulesUser Support, Onboarding & AccessIT onboarding for new joiners, including access approvals, equipment coordination, and system readinessAct as secondary support for helpdesk queries where escalation or business context is requiredEnsure a smooth, consistent IT experience for usersEnsure employees are enrolled into the Usecure security awareness training platformSites, Growth & IntegrationsCoordinate IT setup for new sites, including network installations and local readinessSupport new entity integrations by working with local users, identifying data for migration, and overseeing IT onboardingAct as the local IT contact for Spanish-speaking users, including occasional on-site visitsMicrosoft 365 & Core SystemsApprove licence purchases and access requestsSupport integrations between Microsoft 365 and key business systems (HRIS, ERP and third-party tools)Lead Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation during entity integrations, working with internal stakeholders and external partnersMaintain and evolve information security policiesMaintain the cyber risk register and follow up on actionsTrack and improve security posture against recognised benchmarks (e.g. CIS Microsoft 365 Foundations)Lead third-party cybersecurity assessments and maintain records for reportingAct as point of contact for cyber insurance, including renewals and incident notificationsYour talent and knowledge Technically savvy, with a strong understanding of both IT operations, information security principles, and business systems.Fluent in Spanish and English.Familiar with Service Level Management (SLAM), contract evaluation, and reporting.Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements is a plus.Experience with ERP, HRIS, Power BI is a plusHighly organised and structured, with strong planning skills.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with operational teams.Open‑minded, flexible, and willing to take on tasks outside the IT domain.At CycleØ together with our subsidiaries FNX and Biogasclean, we reduce greenhouse gas emissions by deploying proven, cost‑effective, and immediate solutions to replace fossil fuels.We are uniquely positioned to develop, build, own and operate biomethane plants using our own funding and proprietary technology.The biomethane is injected into the grid or compressed (or liquified) for transportation, providing a ‘drop‑in’ replacement for fossil gas, contributing to the energy transition and the circular economy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
