Your responsibilities will include… Handling reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and genuine warmth. Providing detailed information on room types, rates, packages, and resort services to help guests make informed decisions. Accurately confirming, modifying, and canceling reservations in the system, ensuring all details are correct. Responding promptly to guest inquiries and special requests, offering personalized solutions whenever possible. Coordinating with other departments (Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
