The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Power Electronics Validation Engineer to join our Product Innovation & Development team. You will play a key role in validating power converters and control systems, ensuring product reliability, performance, and compliance with international standards. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, innovative, and international environment within the energy sector. How You'll Make An Impact Plan, define, and execute validation tests for power converters and control systems. Analyse test results, signals, logs, and performance metrics, producing clear technical reports. Automate tests and maintain laboratory and HIL test benches. Ensure full traceability of tests from requirements to final reports. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and certification teams to improve product reliability. Support component and product certification and homologation processes. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field. Experience in validating electronic products and/or embedded software. Knowledge of power converters, laboratory instrumentation, and HIL systems. High level of English and Spanish. Experience with standards such as UL1741, IEC62477, IEC62109, IEC60076, or grid codes is valued. Proactive, curious, and committed to safe work practices.
