IE University's Business School is looking for an Executive Director of Program Experience for Bachelor's Programs to join its teamThe Executive Director of Program Experience for bachelor’s programs is responsible for ensuring academic and operational excellence across assigned program(s). This role oversees course operations, student and faculty engagement, and drives strategies for innovation and continuous improvement . Additionally, the Executive Director actively participates in internal and external initiatives to uphold and enhance program quality.We are seeking candidates with a proven record of delivering exceptional service in environments where attention to detail, empathy, and client satisfaction are at the core of the experience. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, high-touch settings, brings a passion for operational excellence, and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to anticipating and exceeding stakeholder needs.Candidates with a background in industries renowned for their service orientation—such as hospitality or health care —are especially encouraged to apply, as their expertise in delivering outstanding, client-focused experiences can bring valuable perspectives to this role.This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Student Experience & Transformation and works closely with the Vice Dean of the program(s) , sharing responsibility for program design, delivery, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and inspire a team of professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery and a seamless, high-quality student experience throughout the entire journey.Apply best-in-class service practices, emphasizing empathy, anticipating needs, and proactive problem-solving, to create personalized experiences for students.Develop and implement strategies to foster a student-centric culture, driving engagement, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Oversee complex operations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and the highest standards of quality.Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive innovation in program delivery and student services, aligning initiatives with organizational goals.Serve as a role model for service excellence, adaptability, and positive relationship-building with students, faculty, and staff.Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to promote growth and excellence.Introduce fresh perspectives and proven best practices from service-oriented industries to enhance the student experience and operational effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor’s degree and MBA (mandatory).Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others in fast-paced, high-expectation environments, as evidenced by previous roles of increasing responsibility.Experience in service-oriented industries such as hospitality or health care is highly valued, as these backgrounds bring a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring exceptional stakeholder satisfaction.Experience in implementing cultural transformation projects.Strong orientation toward service excellence and customer-focused solutions, with demonstrated expertise in delivering outstanding, personalized service and exceeding stakeholder needs, supported by measurable results or recognition.Solid experience managing complex operations, with a focus on empathy, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving, as shown by successful project or process improvements.Expertise in organizational change management, with a proven track record of leading successful cultural transformations, demonstrated by specific change initiatives led.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, evidenced by the completion of large-scale projects on time and within budget.Strategic thinking with an aptitude for innovation, as demonstrated by the implementation of new ideas or processes.Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.Budget management expertise, as shown by responsibility for significant budgets in previous roles.Why IE University?With 50 years of experience and founded by and for entrepreneurs, IE University has turned business education on its head through disruptive teaching.
