Solid experience managing complex operations, with a focus on empathy, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving, as shown by successful project or process improvements. Expertise in organizational change management, with a proven track record of leading successful cultural transformations, demonstrated by specific change initiatives led. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, evidenced by the completion of large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
