Palex desea incorporar un/a Field Service Engineer a su Departamento Técnico (SAT) para cubrir la zona de Sevilla . La persona seleccionada será responsable de brindar soporte técnico a equipos electromédicos integrados en redes hospitalarias.Principales responsabilidadesImplantación e integración de sistemas y equipos médicos en entornos hospitalarios (HIS, RIS, PACS).Configuración y soporte de infraestructuras de red: direccionamiento IP, VPN, firewalls y VLANs.Administración de accesos y usuarios (Active Directory, gestión de roles y permisos).Soporte técnico tanto remoto como in situ, en coordinación con los equipos de IT hospitalarios.Instalación, mantenimiento y resolución de incidencias en hardware electromédico.Colaboración transversal con otros departamentos para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las soluciones y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.RequisitosFormación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Industrial, Biomédica o similar.Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de soporte técnico en campo y una trayectoria profesional de al menos 4 años.Conocimientos en Windows Server, SQL Server, virtualización, redes, escritorio remoto y protocolos de integración sanitaria (HL7).Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto (B2 o superior).Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos.Se valorará especialmente experiencia previa en entornos hospitalarios y conocimientos en electrónica.Perfil buscadoBuscamos una persona analítica, con buenas habilidades de comunicación, capaz de interactuar con distintos interlocutores y con una fuerte orientación a la resolución de problemas.Qué ofrece PalexContrato indefinido, paquete salarial compuesto por fijo y variable, posibilidades de crecimiento profesional, formación continua, vehículo de empresa y acceso a una amplia gama de beneficios sociales.#J-18808-Ljbffr
