As an IT Technician at DHV Technology, you will play a key role in providing internal technical support, ensuring the operational continuity of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include assisting users, managing incidents, and maintaining the security and efficiency of our technological infrastructure. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and access. Manage user administration in Active Directory and Office 365. Handle ticketing system and escalate issues when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and peripherals. Perform backup management and preventive maintenance. Train and assist users with IT tools and procedures. Document and develop technical procedures. Administer Windows, Active Directory, and Linux servers. Education and Requirements: To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required: Education: Higher Degree in IT or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
