ABOUT US

Based in Barcelona, we bring food and beverage brands closer to consumers in France, Germany, the UK, Italy and Spain through innovative In-home Sampling, Market Research and Social Media campaigns. Our mission? To bring Surprise and Joy to as many homes as possible

THE ROLE

Our Email Marketing & CRM Intern will be supporting our Acquisition Department in various responsibilities aimed at facilitating improvement and goal attainment. These responsibilities include tasks such as managing discount codes, overseeing web content, conducting research, and tracking performance metrics, among others.

YOU WILL

  • Assist in designing visually appealing, on-brand email templates optimized for various devices and email clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to incorporate engaging, campaign-specific content.
  • Monitor segment performance to identify opportunities for optimization and A/B testing.
  • Contribute to the improvement of targeting strategies by leveraging user behavior and campaign results.
  • Test email flows, payment systems, and landing pages to identify and resolve issues.
  • Validate tracking and ensure proper attribution within analytics tools.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all user interactions are error-free and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor campaigns to gather insights on CRM strategies, trends, and innovations.
  • Share findings with the team to enhance benchmarking and strategic planning.

THIS IS YOU

  • You are available for a period of 6 months of internship - 40h/Week.
  • You are currently studying a degree in Digital Marketing, Economy or Data Analytics.
  • You speak a fully professional level of English. A Proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus
  • You have a good level of Excel.
  • You are highly analytical and have great attention to detail.
  • You have strong written communication skills.
  • You are good at multitasking and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, email marketing, CRM tool or Tableau, is a plus (but is not required).
