We’re hiring Join our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site.We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top‑notch customer service , resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands support for on‑site and remote issues.What you’ll do:Provide 2nd line desk side support via walk‑in Tech Hubs, on‑site visits, or remote toolsTroubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesSupport networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasksHandle installation and upgrades of supported hardware/softwareCollaborate with support centers and maintain accurate ServiceNow recordsFlexibility and mobility are key — a valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as some travel may be required.What you bring:Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilitiesGreat communication skills — both with users and technical teamsA customer‑first mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamKnowledge of networking basics and infrastructure support✅ Nice to have (but not required):CompTIA A+ / Network+ certificationsWhat’s next:It’s best to apply today, because job postings can be taken down and we wouldn’t want you to miss this opportunity.
