**Deskside Engineer**:
**Location**: Madrid | **Job-ID**: 155221 | **Contract type**: Fixed Term Contract | **Business Unit**: IT System Engineering (on-site or remote)
**The TRG team is looking for Deskside Engineer, Madrid (Temporary).**
The standard scope of this role includes:
- On-site support.
- Install current Microsoft operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop and laptop
- Load an image onto a desktop and laptop.
- Install (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Replace components in both desktops and laptops (e.g. hard drives, processors, fans etc.).
- Understand complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
- 2nd Line Support of PCs & Laptops.
- Customer Service.
- Performing other IT related actions as guided by CC.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the agreed quality and service levels.
- Mobility for the Technician is needed for carrying out the service in different sites.
Who?
The TRG Team is looking for an IT professional with the following:
Pre-Requisites & Experience:
- Studies: Ciclo Formativo de Grado medio en Informática.
- Experience: at least 5 years.
- Fluent in Spanish and professional competence in English.
- Driving licence is required for the position.
