You will work with senior leaders, cutting-edge technologies, and a highly motivated team to deliver AI-driven innovation. As part of the Digital Transformation Program and in close collaboration with the IT Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, managing, and delivering strategic projects that integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). You will lead projects end-to-end, from ideation to deployment, while ensuring adoption across business functions. Project Management Lead and manage AI/ML projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams (data scientists, data engineers, IT stakeholders, business stakeholders, external partners) to ensure seamless execution. Supervise project phases: scoping, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and scaling. Regularly communicate progress, results, and impact to stakeholders, including senior leadership. Product Management Change Management & Adoption Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement materials to build user capabilities. Act as a change agent, facilitating the cultural shift toward data-driven and AI-powered ways of working. Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the digital transformation program. Master’s degree in Project Management, Data Science or Digital Transformation. Proven track record in digital transformation and project management, ideally with hands‑on experience in AI/ML deployment. Experience in product management, from strategy definition to delivery. Demonstrated success in leading change management and driving adoption of emerging technologies. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP certification is a plus). Fluent in English, proficiency in French is a plus. #
