We value leading with empathy in our interactions, working closely with each other and other teams (often deliberately delivering projects as mini teams or co-leads of two), giving back together, and making things as simple as possible. Each product marketer is the CMO of their product domain and focused on four pillars:Defining and executing product positioning, messaging, and launchesEnabling and supporting the go-to-market and marketing teamsInforming product strategyDriving product adoption and success.The Role:We’re looking for someone who loves products and wants to spend time thinking about, talking about, and working on positioning them. In this role, you’ll be owning our entire ETL and large-scale data querying product offering and broader positioning and messaging, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Platform. You will partner with our product leads and lead our product positioning and go-to-market strategy for solutions at the heart of Celonis’ value proposition.You’ll work hand in hand with our product teams, our go-to-market teams – think sales and presales – and our marketing team.The work you’ll do:Product Positioning:Create product positioning and messaging for global scalability, differentiating our product within the market.Craft compelling pitch decks, demos, keynotes, and event sessions tailored to the target audience.Be the go-to expert on how our product showcases the capabilities of the Celonis platform.Market Mastery:Utilize sales engagement, market research, and competitive intelligence to dominate the product area market.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies.Inform Product Strategy:Partner with the product management team to strategize and launch new products, ensuring ongoing adoption.Develop a deep understanding of buyer behaviors, criteria, and influencers to inform product strategiesProduct Adoption and Success:Understand the product's value proposition and competition, coaching teams on outmaneuvering rivals.Work closely with the demand generation team to develop impactful campaigns driving pipeline growth.Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce compelling materials such as solution briefs, white papers, blogs, videos, and third-party articles.Establish thought leadership by participating in events, social media, press, and industry analyst engagements.The qualifications you need:4+ years of experience working in software product management, presales, consulting or product marketingExpertise within the data platforms, ETL, workloads spaceTrack record of successfully launching data-focused products.Excited about technical concepts and speaking with CXOs across IT and business audiences about their requirementsExperience presenting at conferences and customer engagementsHighly logical and analytical, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideasProactive, with strong ownership of all the workstreams you touchAgile and team-oriented, ability to give and receive feedback, change tack, and collaborate with a team to achieve a goalA bias towards action and delivering measurable results with a consistent track record of successful projectsBA/BS degree is required, ideally in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentWhat Celonis Can Offer You:Pioneer Innovation: Work with the leading, award-winning process mining technology, shaping the future of business.Accelerate Your Growth: Benefit from clear career paths, internal mobility, a dedicated learning program, and mentorship opportunities.Receive Exceptional Benefits: Including unlimited PTO, workplace flexibility, company equity (RSUs), comprehensive benefits, generous parental leave, dedicated volunteer days, and much more.Prioritize Your Well-being: Access to resources such as gym subsidies, counseling, and well-being programs.Connect and Belong: Find community and support through dedicated inclusion and belonging programs.Make Meaningful Impact: Be part of a company driven by strong values that guide everything we do: Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, and Earth Is Our Future.Collaborate Globally: Join a dynamic, international team of talented individuals.Empowered Environment: Contribute your ideas in an open culture with autonomous teamsAbout Us:Celonis makes processes work for people, companies and the planet.
