This role involves the design, deployment, and operation of advanced network solutions with a focus on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint, Fortinet, and F5 technologies The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in network engineering, troubleshooting, and automation , with proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Responsibilities Design, install and configure network solutions (switches, firewalls, routers, load balancers, SDN solutions, VPNs, etc), primarily working on Cisco ACI and Checkpoint/Fortinet/F5 solutions. Implement network maintenance routines and schedules, including upgrades and end-of-life replacements. Implement and operate orchestration/automation tooling to maintain and extend network solutions. Implement and operate network management, reporting and monitoring tooling. Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve network issues. Implement network backup, restore, performance tuning and analysis. Produce and maintain network technical documentation and operational procedures. Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of interest. A minimum of 5 years’ experience on the networking field. Network related certification which could include: Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and/or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and other vendor certifications. Solid understanding of network infrastructure hardware and software components. A network SME with extensive detailed design expertise. Familiar with ITIL-based environments. Strong analytical skills on the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of network issues. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, by collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. EU security clearance eligible. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus. Availability to travel. Why NTT DATA?
