Investigate and resolve OSI Layer 2–3 issues across transmission and IP/MPLS networks. Act as an escalation point for L1 engineers, assisting with deeper analysis and issue resolution. Participate in network upgrades, changes, and new feature implementations. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive timely issue resolution. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes. Skills / Must Have: Strong hands-on experience with Huawei network infrastructure. Deep understanding of IP/MPLS networks and routing protocols. Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Huawei MPLS systems. Experience resolving Layer 1–3 issues across large-scale networks.
