With 959K monthly visitors , 748K from organic search , and 32K Generative Engine traffic (and growing fast ~ 50% MoM) , we’ve built one of the most successful multilingual SEO engines in the transcription and subtitling space.Now, we’re ready to take it to the next level — and we’re looking for a strategic, technical, and globally‑minded SEO manager to make it happen.What you'll do: You’ll define and drive the global SEO and GEO strategy that powers Happy Scribe’s growth. You’ll bring innovative ideas , test bold hypotheses, and turn data into scalable SEO and GEO plays that move the needle.You’ll refine and expand our multilingual content strategy , defining and prioritizing keywords across all markets, and optimizing landing pages, blog posts, and entry pages for maximum visibility. You’ll spot gaps and opportunities before anyone else — and turn them into wins.You’ll build our internal outreach system from the ground up — securing brand mentions, links, and media coverage that elevate our authority. You’ll lead PR‑style campaigns and other link building efforts.On the technical side, you’ll run ongoing audits , analyze logs , and develop programmatic SEO initiatives that scale traffic intelligently. You’ll explore Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and automation to stay ahead of how search evolves.You’ll manage and mentor our SEO Specialist and content writers.You're the right fit if you have: 5+ years in SEO , highly technical and with tangible results in multilingual and global markets.Deep technical understanding of SEO (crawl, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.).Proven experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or optimization for AI‑driven search and answer engines.Expertise with Ahrefs , and fluency in Google Search Console , Screaming Frog , Metabase, Sanity and related tools.Comfort writing SQL queries and deriving actionable insights from data.Hands‑on experience with programmatic SEO (templated landing pages, dynamic content scaling, etc.).Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python) , or a strong interest in automation of SEO/GEO workflows.Company Culture A company culture built on trust, autonomy, and independence️ In‑Person culture — We believe nothing beats the magic of great people working together in person, in and outside of working hours.
