If your answer is yes, it’s your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking for ✔️ The Recruiter Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle of various IT profiles in one of the biggest Digital Consultancy Companies in the world . The role provides hands‑on experience in s ourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management , while contributing to a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The internship starts with administrative support tasks, particularly in onboarding coordination and documentation, and progressively expands toward sourcing, screening, and full recruitment activities. ✍️ Support active sourcing of digital professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools and internal databases Assist in identifying and pre‑qualifying candidates based on IT role requirements Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Help maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and vacancy tracking Support document management and onboarding‑related administrative tasks Join interviews alongside senior recruiters to learn structured evaluation techniques Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify role needs and process steps Support Talent Acquisition initiatives (employer branding, process improvement, sourcing campaigns, events attendance) Hands‑on experience with professional recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, HR systems). IT profiles in areas such as are Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, Software Development, etc
